From candidate to employee portal
Candidates move through stages on a kanban board, and hiring creates the person’s card and a draft hiring order in one operation. Skills, reviews and anonymous surveys live in the same system. Each employee has a personal portal and sees only their own data there.
What is inside
- 01
Candidates on a kanban board
Candidates move through stages: new, screening, interview, test, offer, rejected, hired. A vacancy counts its funnel from the candidates, suggests closing the search and flags an overdue deadline. The system warns about discriminatory wording in the vacancy description.

Hiring in one step
The “Hire” button first shows what will be created and offers an existing person card if the full name or email matches. Then, in one operation, the system creates the person card and a draft hiring order, and carries over the skills rated at interview.
- 03
Skill matrix
Skills are rated on a scale from 0 to 5, and the rating history is kept. The matrix highlights scarce skills and levels below target.

Reviews and anonymous surveys
An employee and their manager cannot see each other’s ratings until both have submitted. Even in the data, an anonymous survey answer does not record who gave it. The system does not show a breakdown with fewer answers than the threshold (5 by default).

A portal that shows only your own data
The server decides whose data to show based on the sign-in, not on the request. The payslip is built from posted accruals, and amounts stay hidden until the person clicks “Show”. The portal also shows the leave balance and loans, and from here the employee files requests for leave, a certificate or a change to their data. A leave request warns when there are not enough days or the dates overlap.

Handling employee requests
A request is taken into review, approved or rejected with a reason, and closed with a follow-up document. Nobody can review their own request.

Frequently asked questions
What happens when we hire a candidate?
The system shows what will be created and offers an existing person card if the full name or email matches. Then, in one operation, it creates the person card and a draft hiring order, and carries over the rated skills.
Is an anonymous survey really anonymous?
Yes. Even in the data, an anonymous answer does not record who gave it, and the system does not show a breakdown with fewer answers than the threshold (5 by default).
What does an employee see in the portal?
Only their own data: payslips from posted accruals, the leave balance, loans and their own requests. The server decides whose data to show based on the sign-in.
Can an employee use the portal after leaving?
Yes, the portal stays available for 90 days after termination.
