Purchasing from supplier order to input VAT
A supplier order goes through approval, and the system checks the M-2 power of attorney (the standard form that authorises an employee to receive goods) chosen on a receipt. Delivery costs and customs duties are allocated to batches and become part of their cost. The supplier’s VAT invoice (tax invoice) is loaded from XML and supports input VAT only when it matches the receipt.
What is inside
- 01
Supplier orders with approval
An order carries payment stages and receipt tracking. Approval follows a role-based route: the route panel is visible in the document, and approval tasks gather in the “Pending approvals” list.
- 02
Input VAT only when the invoice matches the receipt
The supplier’s VAT invoice is loaded from XML. The original is kept unchanged, prices keep the supplier’s precision, amounts are checked, parties are identified by tax number and duplicates are rejected. The system recognises input VAT only when the invoice matches the receipt: registration data, a posted source document and the VAT amount.

M-2 power of attorney checked on receipt
A cancelled power of attorney cannot be selected on a receipt, and its supplier and legal entity must match the document. Powers of attorney are kept in a register and print on the standard form with PDF export.

Receiving with discrepancy reports
A receipt is recorded as a goods received note or a service acceptance act. Discrepancies found on receiving go into a discrepancy report, and goods go back to the supplier with a separate return document.

Non-resident services
For services from a non-resident the system applies the reverse charge under Article 208 of the Tax Code. From the receipt of services it creates a self-issued VAT invoice in the same period.
